Long time no see!
As some of you may already know, I graduated high school in May of 2021. I decided to take a gap year to take a break from school while learning more about a variety of subjects, like anatomy, forensic science, gender and sexuality theory, art history, and (obviously) film and cinema.
So here I am... setting a goal to watch 3 movies a week and write short essays on something that stuck out to me from the film. My list of movies is based on a scratch of poster my best friend gave me last year on Christmas, so they're all pre-determined -- I won't be going in order of the poster, so don't try to predict my next movie because I'm basing it all on the vibes of the day :)
As you can guess, the essays will be pretty rough and mostly evidence-less. Sometime's I'll reference lines from the movies but I won't be citing anything.... so don't frickin' quote me or plagiarize me! It'll be bad for everyone.
I'll try to post all three essays on Sundays so I'll have some time to edit them before putting them out to the world.
